iN·Command

I produced two videos introducing the iN·Command Control System for RVs with Global Connect and its Service Pack update, which expanded the system’s functionality. iN·Command allows users to control common RV functions via a mobile app or a touchscreen monitor, revolutionizing RV owners' convenience.

Educating the public about this groundbreaking system required careful attention to detail, ensuring complex features were communicated clearly and accurately. Collaboration with the VP of Sales and Engineering staff was crucial to effectively presenting the system’s capabilities.

I handled every step of the production process, including scripting, animation, editing, voiceover, and audio mixing. By combining clear visuals with concise messaging, I created videos that explained the iN·Command Control System and its Service Pack update in an engaging and accessible way, empowering customers with the knowledge to fully utilize the product.

The release of iN·Command with Global Connect allowed end users to monitor their RV remotely using cellular data from their phones. Additionally, other major new features including climate control were introduced with this release.

iN·Command underwent a massive feature update, available to all users with compatible systems. This video explains the updated functionality of the system.

This video introduced the world to iN·Command for Trailers, revolutionizing the professional-grade trailer by letting you control key functions of your trailer wirelessly from your smartphone.
